Greater Toronto Airports Authority

Revealing the airport’s role as a community hub

After many years of telling the story of developing and redeveloping Pearson Airport, GTAA needed to shift its focus to the community in which it thrives and to the staff who make the airport tick. To that end, we conceived ideas for annual reports centred on introducing investors to the people and stories that communicate the airport’s importance to our city and region.

“Minutes from the airport,” relays tales of how the airport supports its community—whether it’s getting a guest from India to a wedding in Mississauga, or some asparagus in Lima to an Ontario green grocer, the airport plays a role.

“Uplifting People” tells playful stories next to clever portraits, featuring people like Randy—the General Manager of Environmental Stewardship—and Christiane, the woman behind the air traffic control.
