Cooking up a brand system for a star Canadian chef
Jean-Pierre Chalet is a leading Canadian chef who has been transforming traditional French fare and making it modern for today’s audiences. After putting the restaurant at the Windsor Arms hotel on the culinary map, JP came to us to launch his own brand, with the vision of supporting not just one restaurant, but additional hospitality services down the road.
We developed a Jean-Pierre + Co. parent brand that reflected Jean Pierre’s playful and colourful personality and his passion for cuisine nouveau classique. This platform serves as the foundation for three brands: a restaurant, takeout service, and catering company which we named Ici, Là bas and Partout. Translation: Here, There and Everywhere.
